Directions to Fraoch Lodge and Scot Mountain Holidays

Directions from Edinburgh and its airport

1. Follow directions to the Forth Road Bridge and on to the M90 north towards Perth.
2. Continue along the M90 to join the A9 just outside Perth.
3. Follow the A9 north for 88 miles to the junction with the A95, turning off just north of Aviemore. Continue along the A95 north for 3 miles.
4. After 3 miles the A95 turns right which is signposted for Boat of Garten. (Do not continue ahead for Carrbridge.)
5. Turn right off the A95 into Boat of Garten. Fraoch Lodge is on your right opposite the village green before you get to M & B Stores (on the left).

Directions from Glasgow and its airport

1. Follow directions for the M8 eastbound.
2. Travel along the M8 to junction 13 turning off onto the M80 and follow for 4 miles.
3. Continue northeast on the A80 for its full 12 miles following directions to Stirling.
4. Continue on the M80 for 6 miles, to join the M9 south of Stirling.
5. Continue north along the M9 and then the A9 firstly to Perth and then for a further 88miles to the junction with the A95, turning off just north of Aviemore.
6. Continue along the A95 north for 3 miles.
7. After 3 miles the A95 turns right which is signposted for Boat of Garten. (Do not continue ahead for Carrbridge.)
8. Turn right off the A95 into Boat of Garten. Fraoch Lodge is on your right opposite the village green before you get to M & B Stores (on the left).

Directions to Fraoch Lodge from Aberdeen

1. Leave Aberdeen on the A93 through Banchory and continue for 43 miles.
2. Turn off just after Ballater, at Bridge of Gairn onto the A939 Head up the A939 for 24 miles passing through Corgarff.
3. Continue past the Lecht ski area, through Tomintoul to the junction of the A939 with the A95. Join the A95, heading West towards Aviemore. (Approx. 26 miles down the A939.)
4. Bypass Grantown on Spey by staying on the A95 heading for Boat of Garten and Aviemore. Continue down the A95 for 9 miles to the second junction (i.e. not at the sawmill) signposted Boat of Garten.
5. Turn past Deshar Primary School off the A95 and head into Boat of Garten.
6. As you enter the village you will pass a 30mph speed sign. We are 50 metres further on the right hand side as you pass the village green on the left.
   There is a big green sign post with Fraoch Lodge on it.

Directions to Fraoch Lodge from Inverness

1. Follow A9 south (towards Perth) until you reach the Carrbridge exit (approx. 28 miles).
2. Continue through the village of Carrbridge following the road round to the right past the garage.
3. 3 miles after Carrbridge you will reach a junction. Turn left following signs for Boat of Garten.
4. Head into the village of Boat of Garten and we are 50 metres further on the right hand side as you pass the village green on the left.
